A clearer coverage conversation
Choose protection by value, not by the smallest number.
A thoughtful review connects price to deductibles, limits, liability, property, and the assets you want to protect. I will not recommend weak protection simply to make a sale.
Better value is not always the lowest premium
Saving a few dollars per month may not be worthwhile if it adds hundreds or thousands of dollars to the deductible you would owe during a claim. I explain limits, deductibles, and tradeoffs in plain language so you can decide which option provides the better value.
Your peace of mind and the assets you are protecting matter more than writing a policy for the sake of a commission.
One dedicated contact before you decide
Working with me means having a personal agent available to answer questions, explain the contract, and give you a complimentary second opinion before you make changes directly with an insurer. You should understand what you are buying, where exclusions may apply, and what responsibilities remain yours.
Bundle when it makes sense
Bundling home and auto is optional, but it can be one of the first opportunities worth reviewing for stronger value. Paying in full may create another savings opportunity when available.
A personal umbrella policy may provide added liability protection above qualifying home and auto policies, especially when existing limits may not reflect the assets and responsibilities you want to protect.
Home insurance and warranties solve different problems
A home policy is designed for covered losses under the contract. A warranty or maintenance plan addresses different repairs and breakdowns. They should not be treated as interchangeable.
We review the deductible, liability, personal property, and relevant optional coverages so you understand which risks are insured and which expenses remain your responsibility.
Make an informed Michigan PIP decision
Health insurance and PIP medical may overlap, but PIP can include benefits a health plan does not. Exclusion and opt-out eligibility also differ based on the option selected and the coverage of household members. Instead of assuming you are paying twice for identical protection, we review the QHC documentation and available choices carefully.
Earlier gives us more room
Shopping 30 to 60 days before renewal allows time to collect documents and compare options. If an advance-purchase opportunity applies, completing the policy approximately two to three weeks early may help pricing. No discount or amount of savings is guaranteed.
For a small, non-emergency loss, understand the deductible, estimate, reporting duties, and possible insurance-history effects before deciding what to do. Safety, emergency mitigation, and required reporting come first; the insurer determines coverage.
